autologyx system requirements
The autologyx application can be run on any computer with an Internet connection. As a browser based application, there are no minimum connectivity requirements though it is expected that users will ensure they have sufficient capacity to sustain typical use of the system in-line with normal expectations of performance.
We officially test and support the following browsers:

Chrome applies updates automatically. autologyx makes an effort to test and support the most recent version. There are no specific configuration recommendations for Chrome. Chrome is the preferred and recommended browser for System Users who are engaged in Process design. Earlier version of Chrome (>=47.0.0) supported but not retrospectively tested against new releases. |

Target Portal support from version 10, System user support, dashboard users version 10 and process building version 11 (desktop mode). If you plan to use Internet Explorer, we strongly recommend using the latest version of Internet Explorer, apply all Microsoft Software updates.
autologyx makes an effort to test and support the most recent version. There are no specific configuration recommendations for Edge. It is recommended to use the most up to date version of the Edge browser. |

Note for all browsers: JavaScript, cookies and TLS 1.2 is required (should all be enabled by default). We recommend that browser auto-completion is disabled for improved security but this should be set locally.
autologyx Data Analytics Connector
The autologyx DataAnalytics Connector provides a near real-time view of selected activity, history and event data (including field and criteria, event and message data), accessible via a secured PGSQL/ ODBC access port. Access to DataAnalytics data is restricted by client ip address range (IPV4).
autologyx makes an effort to test and support the most recent versions of popular drivers, but access to the connector should be supported on any platform/ analytics solution can consume data using PGSQL or ODBC connections (including MS Windows and MacOS Excel), though specific feature sets available will depend on the individual driver implementation.
Mobile Camera App
The autologyx Mobile Camera App is officially supported on versions of IOS >= 9 and Android versions 6.0 (Nougat) and above. It is available to download from the Apple iTunes store and Google Play store on demand.

autologyx 3M Passport and Document Scanner
The autologyx 3M Passport and Document scanner is compatible with MS Windows 7 PCs (32bit, .Net 4 / Visual C++2005 redistributable will be installed as dependencies during install) and require at least one free USB 2.0 port. Administrator privileges are required to install the scanner client software
