2. System User - Role Permissions

We haven't added any additional role permissions for the Message Dashboard. However, ensure that the following is true.....

Target Section

Send Message - Must not be "Send Message Disabled".

Sending Method - "Email" must be ticked.

In addition, ensure that the appropriate option has been selected under "Send to Inactive".

Please note: If you have the "Send Me Copy" function enabled and it is ticked when sending a message to a target, the copy will not appear in the Message Dashboard but will be sent to your inbox.
