In Autologyx, there is the ability to view all actions that are completed by the system. This is an inbuilt function that is provided within the system.
Deleted Items allows the user to view all the items deleted within the system. It states where, when and who deleted the chosen item. This is a clear way to monitor the actions within the system.
To find deleted items go to Admin > Housekeeping > Deleted Items
Once the Deleted item is opened, the image below should be displayed.

Date / Time – shows the date and time that the item is deleted
Activity Type - states what happened to the item. In this case it will always contain Deleted object
Relates To - states which user the item relates to
Actioned By – states which user deleted item
Notes - details the status of the action that has taken place
At the bottom of the page, there are filter options as seen in the image below.

Activity type: User can search according to the activity type. In this case, the only type it can search is ‘Deleted Items’
Sorted – Can sort the data via date
Show Rows Per Page – Increased/decreasing the rows that appear on the page
Related Criteria - Filter deleted object by the criteria it was deleted from
Related Level – Filter deleted object by the level it was deleted from
Related Sequence – Filter deleted object by sequence it is related to
Click search, after the filters contain what you desire.
