In the DRAAv2 criteria response type a target can be asked to upload supporting evidence when completing the data entry of activity and referee details. Any document which the target provides is then available to be selected as an attachment to the reference request if sent manually. Of course, thereafter it can be attached to auto chase as well as manual chases. We have added an extra field to the criteria set-up page called, "Allow Target Supplied Documents". If unticked this removes the ability to attach target supplied documents to the reference request. |

| 14587 | n/a | Within the DRAAv2 referencing criteria, the user has the option to make gaps permissible and stipulate the maximum length of gap as well as define a time period for which data must be provided. From the target view on their portal, this is displayed in the information box under the calendar grid. We have changed the wording here in order to provide greater clarity on the requirement. | Article will be updated |
| 14588 | n/a | Within the DRAAv2 criteria response type, the user has the ability to stipulate the minimum number of references the target is required to provide in the "Minimum Entries" field. If one is required this is presented to the target, in their portal within the grey information box under the calendar grid with the text, "You have entered 0 items, 1 more left to add". However, we have changed the text so that the target is aware that they can add more than one entry if they wish. The text will now say, "You have entered 0 items, you have at least 1 more left to add." | Article will be updated |

Currently, within the DRAAv2 response type, the user has the ability to manually send out reference requests and attach adhoc document by browsing, selecting from the unassigned or selecting from a previous response. If the person target is in a relationship (RTG) only the documents for the person target group are available. We have changed this behaviour dependent on the level variant (chosen when the level in which the criteria resides is created and is assigned via a RTG) so that the following is now true: |

| 14836 | n/a | Following release of the Message Dashboard feature, we needed a quick way of finding all targets who have SNET us a new message. These will be person type targets. The new filter is called "With Unread Messages Only" and will sit alongside the existing filter "With New Doc Only:. When ticked this new filter will remove any targets from view who have not got an UNREAD message (which they have sent us) in the Message Dashboard. Please note: this filter will be unticked by default. | Article will be updated |
| 14862 | n/a | We have changed our on-screen confirmations that messages have been sent so that they are consistent throughout the system. The confirmation will be, "THANK YOU, YOUR MESSAGE HAS BEEN SENT" other than when a target uses the "I am unable to complete this" link in a criteria where the confirmation will say, "This item has been marked as unable to complete by you. Your message has been sent". | Article will be updated |
| 14931 | n/a | To date our message dashboard has not been designed to include attachments to messages. We have added the ability to deal with attachments in emails received from person targets. Messages which contain attachments will be marked with a paper clip icon. When the message is opened the attachments will be listed at the bottom of the message. The attachments can be downloaded. | Article will be updated |
