Redmine Ticket 16639 – Zendesk Ticket 1742
We have fixed an issue whereby on demand document packs would not generate in some cases for a specific client. This was caused by association of criteria response data to a level in which the criteria no longer exists. We have removed this association.
In addition, we have added the following new history logs:
- new event to be logged when creation of a document pack starts - 'Document Pack Generation Started'
- new event to be logged when a document pack fails to be created - 'Document Pack Generation Failed'
Redmine ticket 16692 – Zendesk Ticket 1760
We have fixed an issue where the NMC webcheck stopped working because of a change to the NMC website. To be specific they turned off support for protocols other than TLS 1.2. Our monitoring systems picked up the issue on 27th February. Therefore, if your NMC webchecks were due to run between 27th February and 11 March, we suggest that you set up a sequence run in order to carry out these webchecks and ensure that you have the appropriate evidence in place for audit purposes.
