We have added the ability to merge the comment from a criteria response. The criteria set up will need to have the Comment option enabled, ie set to Yes.
The comment can be merged using the following merge field <<target.criteria_name_of_criteria.responses.recent.last_comment>> and of course it can be accessed from the merge field menu.The comment can be merged into the usual objects within the system such as a Send Message Actor, in an API call to pass it into a target field and into the instructions in a following criteria.
