Fix for issue in criteria with the expiry option "Annually on date every year". The response continued to revalidate until the current year expiry date was reached. The criteria will now revalidate once and recognise that the new date is beyond the current expiry.

We have improved the following areas of the system so that they now contain a full CKEditor. This provides avanced HTML functions including the use of images:

·        Date Range and Activity v2 - System User facility to manually "Send a Message" to a referee

·        Criteria set-up – “What Needs to be Done”, “Notes to Display to Target”, “Help or Information Item”

·        Dashboard – “Send a Message”

It specifically fixes the problem whereby logos added to message templates for reference requests which were sent manually where being stripped before the email was sent.
