The validation on Driving Licence number field in the Personal Details section of a Criminal Record Check criteria was causing incorrect errors. This has been fixed so that if UK is selected as the country of issue, no more than 16 characters will be accepted and a hyphen (-) or apostrophe (') will not be expected as part of the first 5 characters to match Last Name.

We recently released a feature which allowed tiles to be added to Homepages and Homepage Templates using relative URLs. Unfortunately, this did not extend to use with Dynamic Form URLs. This has now been fixed. Instead of entering the full URL eg https://academy.autologyx.com/api/v1/htmlconnector/26d362fd7917aacdee9bc5743d3f6c9f171ad710/ simply enter the URL without the domain eg /api/v1/htmlconnector/26d362fd7917aacdee9bc5743d3f6c9f171ad710/. This will mean that URLs will not have to be updated following a dev to live migration.

We have updated a Python library which will allow us to handle a wider scope of PDF documents in document packs, email collector and document type criteria. This in turn will lessen occurrences of document packs not generating, etc.

We have fixed an issue where password protected PDF files in criteria responses where causing CloudConvert to fail. This in turn meant Document Packs containing these documents could not be generated. Document Packs will now generate without the password protected file. The index will include a note to say, "Document Name is password protected. Its content cannot be shown". We would advise that user's remove passwords before adding the file to a response. However, unless the criteria contains an approval we cannot stop targets from password protecting documents. In addition, we have added a history log to show the following when a password protected document is removed from a document pack: |
