Assigned |
Criteria has been made available/allocated to a Target or System user for their completion/review. |

Single Assignment |
Criteria is non-expiring. If it has been assigned and answered it is then universally complete in whatever levels it appears for that target and in any relationship to which that target belongs. |

Multiple Assignment |
Criteria which can be asked and answered more than once. It will be assigned then reassigned in any level/relationship it appears for a target. |
|
Unassigned |
Criteria which has not been assigned to a Target/System User OR one which has been unassigned because it is no longer relevant or the Target is no longer “live”. |

Valid |
A criteria is valid when:

Expired |
A criteria is expired when the expiry date has been reached. This can be:
When a criteria is expired the response becomes invalid. |

Compliance Pass/Fail |
Some criteria responses can be given a pass/fail status based on requirements set in the criteria. This can be based on the number of documents supplied or pre-defined conditions eg “All documents pass”; “Score is greater or equal to X” in the ID Check response types, or Documents being in Date in the ID Document response type where a third party checking service is used, or in the ID3 Global - Address Check response type it can be based on all or any two addresses supplied matching their records. |
