File Attachments

Admin > Criteria > Add a New Criteria

When creating Criteria you have the option to select Yes or No against a field called File Attachment. This allows a Target to upload a file as part of their response to your request. If you select Yes you can stipulate the minimum quantity of files required from the Target in the MIN. QTY field.

Occasionally, the need to upload a file or files as part of the response is optional. In this case you should select Yes in the File Attachment field but enter 0 in the MIN. QTY field. This allows the Target to complete the Criteria without uploading a file. If you enter a value in the MIN. QTY field the Target must upload this number of files before the Criteria can be completed and compliance attained.
