When creating a Criteria in autologyx, the very first part of the form is for internal use - "Criteria Title" and "Criteria Notes". Choose a title which defines the subject of the action required then provide a brief description of the action and why it is important so that other System Users understand that part of the process.
The next three fields are displayed to the Target when they login to autologyx.
"Criteria To Display" should be used as the subject or reference field. (Often it is the same as Criteria Title). It appears in the "What's it for?" column of the Target's home page, as shown below.
The "Notes to Display to Target" field allows you to explain the “thing to do” in more detail, ie to tell your Target exactly what is required of them. Your instruction should be clear and informative. This instruction will be shown on the Response page when the Target clicks the "Complete" button against a specific request listed on their home page.
Below is an example of how Criteria are displayed on a Person Target's home page.
