Admin > Criteria > Add a New Criteria
Complete By - select ASAP if the request is not urgent or doesn’t have a specific timescale for completion. If you need the action completed by a specific date select “By Time”. This opens further fields allowing you to set a timescale of a number of days, weeks or months OR to set a specific date for completion.
When selecting "By Time", further fields are displayed:
- Complete By Reminder - Select No if you don't want to send a reminder to the Target or System User (dependent on who is responsible for completing the Criteria) to complete it. Selecting Yes, will gives you further fields allowing you to set a timescale of a number of days, weeks or months OR to set a specific date for the completion reminder to be sent.
- Overdue Reminders - Target - Selecting Yes, will enable the user to send an overdue reminder to the Target (to be used if the Target is responsible for completing the criteria). When selected, further fields appear where the User can set a timescale of a number of days, weeks or months. The User will then select a User Defined message template. Multiple overdue reminders can be sent through the 'Add Another' button.
- Overdue Reminders - System User - Selecting Yes, will enable the user to send an overdue reminder to the System User (to be used if the System User is responsible for completing the criteria). When selected, further fields appear where the User can set a timescale of a number of days, weeks or months. The User will then select a User Defined message template. Multiple overdue reminders can be sent through the 'Add Another' button.
Notify Completion - Selecting Yes, will enable a notification to be sent to the target/system user (who ever is responsible for completing the criteria), when the Criteria is completed. The User is able to select the message to be sent.
