Archive/Erase History

Admin > Housekeeping > Deleted Items

There are new history items which record Archive/Erase activity as follows:

Archive Target

• If targets are archived via an Archive Target actor in a sequence, history shows that this was actioned by "System"
• If targets are archived manually via the menu in the target list, history records the user who took this action
• This action is also recorded in the target's individual history which can be accessed from the dashboard or the menu in the target list

Un-archive Target

• When the history item is expanded the Details section gives the target group (in this case, Employees) and the target ID and Name
• This action is also recorded in the target's individual history which can be accessed from the dashboard or the menu in the target list

Erased Target

• Used to record targets which are erased or hard erased
• If targets are erased via an Erase Target actor in a sequence, history shows that this was actioned by "System"
• If targets are erased manually via the menu in the target list, history records the user who took this action
• The target ID is recorded but personal details are blanked out with *

Erased Target Criteria

• When expanded the history item gives the target ID, but not personal details, and the criteria ID and criteria name
• The action is recorded as taken by "System" because this erase function can only be carried out via an Erase Criteria actor in a sequence
• This action is also recorded in the target's individual history which can be accessed from the dashboard or the menu in the target list

The above history items can also be accessed via Admin > Housekeeping > System Event History.
