Role Permissions - Global – autologyx

Admin > System Users and Permissions > Add a New System Role/ Global tab

The Global tab allows you to set:

which history items the user may view
whether targets are to be allocated to users with this role
whether users with this role are allowed to edit the text on the Target Portal

	Configure view/ filter for History	The pulldown menu for history is selectively greyed out according to the options chosen for that user
	May view/ filter History (ALL)	The pulldown menu for history is enabled, all history filters are available
Auto Allocate Target	Disabled	Targets will not be assigned to users who have this system role
Auto Allocate Target	Enabled	Allows targets to be assigned to users who have this system role
Manage Site Content	Disabled	Removes the ability for users to access/edit target portal content
Manage Site Content	Enabled	Allows users to access and edit target portal content
