Role Permissions - System Setup – autologyx

Admin > System Users and Permissions > Add a New System Role/ System Setup tab

The System Setup tab relates to the lower half of the Admin Menu in autologyx.

It is important that you carefully restrict the ability to edit and delete in these areas because they include settings for message sending frequency, document and message templates used across the system, User Permissions and the ability to configure the style and content of target pages as well as other global features.

GLOBAL SETTINGS

Sub Menu	Security Option Titles	Restriction/Behaviour/Notes
Reminders & Notifications	Hidden	The link to Reminders & Notifications is removed
	May View Reminders & Notifications	Allows the user to view Reminders & Notifications but cannot save any changes
	May edit reminders and notifications	Allows the user to view and edit reminders and notifications
API Connectors	Hidden	The link to API Connectors is removed
	May view API connectors	Allows the user to view API Connectors but cannot create, edit or delete
	May create and edit API connectors (that they have created)	May create/ edit/ delete API connectors that they have created
	May create and edit API connectors (All)	May create/ edit/ delete any API connector
Reports Connectors	Hidden	The link to Report Connectors is removed
	May view report connectors	Allows the user to view Report Connectors but cannot create, edit or delete
	May create and edit Report connectors (that they have created)	May create/ edit/ delete Report connectors that they have created
	May create and edit Report connectors (All)	May create/ edit/ delete any Report connector
Global Settings	Hidden	The link to Global Settings is removed
	May View Globals Settings	Allows the user to view Global Settings but cannot save any changes
	May Edit Global Settings	Allows the user to view and edit Global Settings
Dynamic Forms	Hidden	The link to Dynamic Forms is removed
	May view dynamic forms	Allows the user to view Dynamic Forms but cannot create, edit or delete
	May create and edit dynamic forms (that they have created)	Allows the user to create/ edit/ delete Dynamic Forms that they have created
	May create and edit dynamic forms (All)	Allows the user to create/ edit/ delete any Dynamic Form
Skins	Hidden	The link to Skins is removed. This relates to Target Pages Styling and Content
	May View Skins	Allows the user to view Skins but cannot create, edit, configure or delete
	May Create and Edit Skins	Allows the user to create/ edit/ configure/ delete Skins

	May Create and Edit System Users	Allows the user to create/ edit/ delete system user accounts, and to reset user passwords

	May configure housekeeping settings	May view outgoing messages, mail collections and deleted items. (Mail Collections and Deleted Items dependent on History Settings in Global tab)
