What happens if I remove a criteria from a level?

If you remove a criteria from a level, it will be removed from all targets who have that criteria assigned in that level irrespective of whether it is answered and irrespective of who's action it is to complete it.

In the following example, target ID 2324 Ashly Winter has level ID 32 Candidate Registration assigned.

Within the level criteria IDs 14 and 35 have been completed with a status of Pass. However, criteria IDs 15 and 51 are Not Answered.

If I remove criteria IDs 14 and 51 from the level set-up as below:

This change is reflected in the Dashboard as below:

NB: If either or both of these criteria (IDs 14 and 51) are later assigned in a different level, they will appear exactly as they did before, with the same response if completed unless the level set-up dictates that the response is different each time when used in a relationship. Click here for more information about this feature.
