How can I tell whether a target has activated their account?

Admin > Targets > Target List

Go to the target list and find your target by searching for them by ID, first name, last name, email address or other identifier, as appropriate.

If the target's listing is black in colour they have activated their account.

If their listing is greyed out the target has not activated their account.

In the example below, Ashly Winter, target ID 2324 has activated her account but Iza, Mark and Teddy have not.

Please Note:

Account activation only applies to Person target types.
