What is the difference between Standard and Forced target allocation via a set target?

You can use a set target actor in a sequence to allocate targets to patrons via a role.

When using this feature on target creation, the field "Allow Allocation Override"  must be ticked in the target group set-up as shown below:

Configure the set target choosing "Target Patron from Role".

In the next field you will see that there are standard and forced options for each of the allocation methods.

The behaviour for each is as follows:

Standard - if the target's existing patron is a member of the specified role the set target config, the sequence will not change the patron. In other words the patron will remain the same.

Forced - if the target's existing patron is a member of the specified role in the set target config, the sequence will force a change of patron to another user within that role.
