Admin > Targets> Target List
In the Action column on the right most side, there is an option for Password Reset.
This will send an email to the Target, requesting they reset their password.

If multiple password reset emails are sent out, they will use the same reset URL until the Target resets their password. This means that one password reset email does not 'overwrite' a previously unused one.
If the target reset's their password and then needs it reset again, a new password reset email will need to be sent to them.
