We have enhanced the way we archive and erase targets in response to a number of clients’ requirements specifically in light of the recent GDPR regulations. We now have two sequence actors which replace the Delete Target actor – Archive Target and Erase Target. In addition we have added a dedicated sequence actor to deal with the removal of criteria responses (and related documents) which can be used to delete sensitive information provided by or about a target which must not be kept indefinitely. When using either of the Erase sequence actors it is imperative that you understand that the data can never be restored. |
