Introduction
Date Range and Activity 2 (DRAA2) is a criteria response type that is used for defining rules against time related responses from a target.
Education History or Work History referencing are prime examples of where DRAA2 can ensure compliance is being met.
DRAA2 includes a customisable chase cycle and customisation around where gates will or will not be setup to halt the process flow.
There are 3 types of users who interact with DRAA2, that of the system users, the targets and the referees.
Prior to setup some preparation should be undertaken to ensure that any Document Templates need to be created for any information that a referee may receive such as a form.
Message Templates to handle communications must be setup, if a chase cycle is being implemented then ‘chaser email’ templates for each iteration of the chase must be created.
A New Target Group for referees should be setup if one does not already exist.
