Dashboard - Masquerade as a Target

In certain circumstances, a System User can use a feature called 'Masquerade as Target' which is one of the options in the 'Select Action' menu, against each Criteria. This feature cannot be used for online signing or viewing of documents.

Selecting this action takes the System User to the Criteria selected, which can be completed as though it were the Target doing it. autologyx will record in the Target's Activity and History that the Criteria was answered in Masquerade as Target mode and show the User Name of the person who actioned it.

It is good practice for the System User to make a note on the Criteria as to when, how and why they got permission from the Target to action a Criteria on their behalf.
