The trigger connection from a criteria has the following options:
when/after criteria
- assigned
- set to pass
- expired
- revalidated
This doesn't allow for a connection from a failed criteria for instance where it has an approval and is rejected (not rejected and asked again - this of course revalidates the criteria).
Instead, you can connect from the level and use "When/After Level Criteria State Changed" and add a condition which references the criteria "State" being "Rejected".
