 There has been an instance where the XML which controls the way a sequence is displayed to a user has not saved correctly and the sequence although running perfectly was displayed as a black page when next edited. We have moved the Password functionality on Document Packs from the Setup/Product Config tab to individual Document Packs so that users can set different passwords for each pack. The password for new packs can be set in the new "Access Password" field. Having provided the correct password users will be able to view, download and print the document pack.
Please note: We are no longer offering a Read Only option for Document Pack passwords/ This is because we cannot guarantee browser behaviour, it is not something ALX can control. Therefore, for existing passwords on product config we have moved them to all packs as follows. If you existing Product Config tab contains the password for Read-only and Full Access: Read-only field with password will be removed form the system, Full Access password will be saved in Document Pack Configuration modal as "Access Password".
If your existing Product Config tab contains only the password for Read-only Access: Read-only field will be saved in Document Pack Configuration modal as "Access Password" which will allow full access.

14231 n/a We have added a Test button to the IMAP backend settings in Global Settings, which are used for the Message Dashboard. This works in the same way as the Test button on the Notification e-mail backend settings in that if a genuine mailbox is detected a test results modal will be displayed with the message "Success!". 14311 n/a We have changed the way the email subject is presented to the target when a system user sends an email from the message dashboard or the Send Message link on the main dashboard. Previously these contained the wording "Build Name - Direct Message". These messages will now retain the subject entered by the user. This will make it easier to recognise specific messages on the message dashboard. n/a
14419 n/a We have made an enhancement to the display of Document Packs when they include multipage webcheck screenshots which can be returned in a long thin format. 14783 n/a We have added a new dashboard indicator which is designed to tell a user that they received a new message from the target in the message dashboard. The indicator is in the form of a red number. 1 denotes there there is one new message, 2 for two new messages, etc. When read the indicator will decrease in number accordingly until all new messages have been read and the indicator will disappear. n/a

 We have extended the "user" defined signature functionality to referees who complete the online reference form. For example, a target may have provided a referee's name as Bill Gates but the referee may prefer to sign the reference as William Gates. This feature must be enabled in the criteria setup.  We have changed the name filing of emails and attachments from the Email Collector on the Unassigned Documents tab. The Filename for Emails will be taken from the Subject of the email. The Filename for document attachments will be taken from the attachment name. n/a
